This photograph would suggest abuse and quite honestly,
those were the feelings I had when I came across this scene.
In fairness to whoever owned this dog, I admit I didn't know the
whole story and I don't know if it is fair to apply my particular thought
processes to third world living conditions. Regardless, I thought it
was a strong photo, particularly if you are a "dog person". -- I am.
