cigars are everywhere in Havana and it's a buyer beware thing. I don't know if they were fakes,stolen, real or what.
If I had received a dollar for every time someone tried to sell me cigars on the street I could have paid for my trip.
Unfortunately, I don't enjoy cigars. I do smoke though and appreciated that Castro didn't tax* cigarettes--$1.00 a pack.
